Fantástica estancia en el año 2009 en este hotel. Agradable y atento servicio. Céntrico y cercano a la estación de trenes. Muy recomendable.

This hotel was really good value for money without compromising the friendliness of the staff, the cleanness of the room or the charming decoration of the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable.

We have recently returned from our trip to Italy and I wanted to thank you
for the great service we received at Hotel Porta Faenza. The staff was so
friendly and welcoming and the room was very clean and comfortable. My only
regret is that we stayed only one night (April 1st). If we ever return to
Florence (which I hope we do) we will be staying at Hotel Porta Faenza! Our
entire family loved your hotel!!

Must admit, with my recent visit to Italia, this hotel was my favorite. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, and the staff was excellent!!! Much love to Francesta and Beatrice.... Also, as another pointed out, if staying here you much go around the corner and dine at I'Brincello. We ate there two out of the four nights there, and the food was amazing.
